I dont necessarily belive what Romney has to say on financial, budget, or similar policy issues, but I do believe he will not increase gun control and in fact may restore some of the freedoms we have already lost.

I 100% believe Obummer that he wants more than anything else to disarm the populace, that NO ONE should own a gun for ANYTHING and these are among his personal goals.I believe every single word he has to say about taking individual rights and trashing any inconvienent personal freedoms we enjoy. I believe him when he says this.

    You should to.

    Romneys 2nd record- http://www.goal.org/newspages/romney.html

Obummer did sign the open carry in parks thing, but it was bundled with a lot of other stuff and he had no choice but to sign it into law. NOT the same as supporting anything fellas.

You can vote for whomever you want. I know who I am voting for, and its not because I believe he is the ideal candidate. Such a person does not exist. Never will. I am a Republican, because my values are most closely reflected by that party. I do not agree with everything the party has to say and I do not believe in many things the party has done, however NO PARTY will ever be everything, and any party that seems to be "perfect" to you should immediately be suspect. The things I dont like about the party- like a continuing interest and debate on abortion, gay marriage, etc. that I believe detract from more pressing issues, I tend to ignore and work from within to get people to focus on what I do believe is important, like actual better education, fiscal responisbility, strong foreign policy etc.

I've always believed that if a person agrees with everything about their parties platform, then they're likely not thinking, they're just following and cheerleading. Societies sheep, easily lead to the lair.

Once again, WILL SOME POLITICIAN TELL ME WHAT, IF ELECTED, THEY ARE GOING TO DO FOR US???

My major concern with the lying king being reelected is the supreme court.
That is where the real decisions regarding the 2A will be fought and decided.
Can O if elected push for tighter gun control and another AWB, sure. However with a solid dem-liberal SC any challenge to new and or existing gun laws will be for naught.

In 2008 Barack Obama was awarded the Nobel PEACE PRIZE.
In 2012 our sovereign soil in the form of US Embassies were not only attacked, but AMERICAN CITIZENS were KILLED. Most countries would consider this a declaration of war. Our president declared a LOVE for his Muslim brothers.

The only peace we will get is when O is removed from office.
    Amen!
I for one declared that this will be most likely be the last election I vote republican in... from here on out, it's not 'who's going to be Obama' but actually (since in '08 I wasn't as politically enlightened) who will be the best.

For the record, on an international issue- A friend of mine living in Tel Aviv (that's Israel ) is worried about this election, she said if she were me she'd vote for the person who would be a better friend to Israel. Out of the two, Romney, all the way... considering Oblahblahblah hasn't really shown much friendship that way.

BHO flat out threw the Israeli's under the bus.

I had to shake my head the other day when I saw a table with 3 ladies and a "American Jews for Obama" sign on it.
    WTF????
Some folks just don't quite get it do they?

    If I'm a libertarian, and there's a libertarian party...that doesn't make me a sheep.

I'm a libertarian, and associate with a large flock of Republicans most of the time. When the time comes to vote, and the flock of Republicans starts chanting "Follow us, we must not let the Democrats win, your candidate can not win.", I am a sheep if I follow the larger crowd by definition, am I not?

Awaiting "No, you're smart because you didn't let obama win." response.

GoodBurbon, you misunderstood what I was saying. Associating yourself with a particular party doesn't necessarily make you a sheep. It can simply mean it's the party you find yourself in most agreement with, for the bulk and/or most important issues of the day. It doesn't necessarily mean you're in 100 percent agreement with everything they advocate. I know I'm sure not with the republican party. On the whole my leanings are more in harmony with the libertarian party.

And yes, you're right, it's because you're smart and caring for the welfare of the country.

No, that's the reason why I don't want to vote for either of those 2 parties. Because together they have led us here.

Think it through, then, and do what YOU feel is best. That's all any of us can do, GoodBurbon. You've heard what myself and others think about it, but in the end you have to make up your own mind, based on your own best judgement. Don't let anyone pressure you into a course of action. All our opinions should represent are perspectives to take into consideration within YOUR own personal decision process.
