When a friend is lost

Reading through the forums here, I see sign that several dog lovers reside here. Sad thing about our beloved four legged companions, they don't get to play on this earth as long as their human masters do. They leave us all too soon. I lost a friend this summer, and I'm sure there are others here who have lost their's recently too. This is for you:

That's for sure, TFOGGER. I've been working rescue for many years. We call it, "falling in the honey pot".

Thanks for the post, timing was perfect. We lost Sophie, our Boston Terrier earlier today. She ate part of a plastic bone that ended up creating too much damage to recover from. Eight plus surgeries over the past week and a half was too much for her. She was a special dog that brought much happiness to our family and will be missed terribly.
