Default Great, apparently I am allergic to bee's

Little bastard got me on the foot, I went to the urgent care after my sons football game because my foot had swollen twice its normal size and hurt like hell. They then insisted on an uber expensive ambulance ride. After several shots and several hours my foot still looks like this and hurts, but at least the whole body itching is gone and the swelling in my throat went away.

Glad you're OK. Anaphylactic shock is nothing to mess with! Might want to start keeping a "bee sting kit" with you.

They prescribed me an epi-pen, strangest thing, my dad is deadly allergic but I have been stung before when I was young a couple times and nothing happened, suddenly this time I got all messed up.

I carry an epi AND some benadryl gel caps. To much ins is never too much, when it comes to your life.

The cost of the of the ambulance ride is way cheaper than you dieing.

Contrary to popular belief, you grow INTO allergies, not out of them. They usually worsen with each new encounter, so if you encounter this again, your reaction will be more severe. Keep that epi-pen with you!

Yep. My mother has about 90 seconds to get that shot in her at this point. 10 years ago it was 2 hours.
