There should be two punch marks on the barrel near the LMR logo, are they there?

There is one, right on the R.

Overall it sounds to me like Scanker19 is pretty much on with regard to what it's worth. The SA parts will make it worth less than one with all IHR parts. If the cartridge goes into the muzzle to within 1/16" it sounds to me like the muzzle erosion is somewhat high without using a gauge to verify; the times I've seen a bullet used you have more than that showing. The stock sounds amazing; need pics!

Yup I'd go with Scanker's assesment.
If you want you can hunt down the IHC parts,but it gets pricy and time consuming.
