I am sure this is no surprise in Detroit but the guy is saying what they are doing is not illegal? I don't know their laws but I am sure if you are on your porch with a gun pointing it at someone you probably aren't doing anything Legal.

Truth hurts... that's how Detroit is- I served with some guys from the Motor City and they all said it's a shithole filled with these types of people. Somethings you just can't fix with any amount of duct tape.

I'm sure if we gave all those underprivileged folks some money they would use it get some training and jobs. We all just need to dig a little deeper to help.
