Contrary to what others have said here, I think that you bring up a good point and I applaud you for having the b@lls to start a discussion on the topic.

He has no balls, if he did he would have flagged the ad. Instead he post here telling us how we should act and heaven forbid sell a firearm other than a gun board

I've been sitting on this post for some time deciding whether or not it's my issue to bother with.

So once again, he bites his fingernails at the horror of someone allegedly from here trying to sell their gun on CL.

No, it actually reflects poorly on craigslist for prohibiting lawful sales of items they don't like, but having no problem with illicit escort activity. Report it there.

He was selling private property, I don't see the problem. The only issue here is between the seller and craigslist. Craiglist asks people to not sell guns on their board. Im just wondering what the OP was searching for to to find the AD. The free market is a bitch.

If an individual owns an item it is theirs to dispose of as they with.
I feel one thing that needs to be clarified is if an individual CHOOSES to sell a firearm they are NOT violating any law other than the Craigslist terms of sale.
It is the Craigslist communities problem, not the COAR15 community.
