Ya Justin, Now I'm feeling the love!

Bert, you weren't supposed to make my secrets public!
Or should I have exposed them on Craigslist?

Snitches get stitches! Not sure why this is an issue. We are not in the peoples republic of California. In my america I am allowed to do as I please generally, if I stay within the law. Craigslist/Ebay's rules need to be broken.

I don't care if you post your guns on craigslist. You completely fail to even remotely understand what the whole intent of this conversation is. It is about perception and not giving idiots reasons to further scrutinize us. I realize some peoples boxes are so small and narrow they won't possibly be able to see outside them. Those who get it are the ones out there successfully debating your rights. The others give fodder to the anti gun idiots. There are extremists on both sides. Glad I could give you all some enjoyment. I myself am going to enjoy my birthday and go have a baby with my wife...she's being induced today...yes on my birthday..my gifts will suck from here out..maybe one of you could find me a nice gun on craigslist...I'm in the market for quite a few...

Damn not only did i miss being 1st on page 2 I think i just found the name calling bully. That sentence screams nastiness .
BTW: Selling a firearm in CO is not illegal, if you follow state & federal guidelines. Not pissing & moaning here about another boards gun policy and how we need to police ourselves.

It is not an issue, just some Sweet Polly Purebread making sure we police EVERY GUN OWNER .
Oddly enough i have not seen a lot of Mr. OP regarding any of the threads of our embassies being attacked.
Once again another Reasonable Gun Law Gun Owner.
Take a look around brothers and sisters. We have met the enemy and he is US!!!

will this be pg 3 when i return?? Stay tuned, Same bat time, same bat channel.

Hiding while exercising your constitutional rights is just the beginning, that is what they want, sorrynir for me

You are taking away your own rights, make sure you don't say something someone doesn't like either

No. You're wrong. I (we) get it. You're concerned that a gun deal on CL may go wrong and reflect poorly on the gun community, specifically CO-AR15, if that particular gun was also posted here or was posted to CL by a member here. I think that about sums it up.

My response: Who cares? The people who would be concerned about that sort of thing will always be looking for evil where evil doesn't exist. They're going to blame the gun, not the criminal who misuses the gun...because guns are evil, criminals aren't.

Should something like that happen when the seller has done all he/she can to make sure the sale was legal (which really isn't much) then that's the way the world works. People go through the "legal" process of buying guns from dealers and then go out and shoot up theaters and college campuses. The system isn't foolproof in that we can't see into someone's depraved mind all the time.

I, for one, am not in favor of worrying how the anti-gun crowd views me or what I do with my guns (legal behavior, of course). Should I have the unfortunate luck to legally sell a gun to someone who later misuses it they're only going to focus on the sale of the gun to the criminal. Regardless of the fact the person wasn't a criminal at the time of the gun deal.

Do you really think that, should a gun sale turn into something bad after the fact, the anti-gunners are gonna sit back and say, "He bought that gun off CL...a website that bans guns. That's horribly wrong. But at least that sale wasn't cross-posted on CO-AR15."

Sorry...I have bigger things to worry about than whether or not someone doesn't like the fact that guns are sometimes sold on CL in violation of CL ToS.

The antis don't seems to care where you got the so much as how. They hate private sale wheather it's on a reputable site or out of the back of a van (I think they hate site like this more). Remember when fuck-nut ruined a movie and killed 12 people? No one went to Craigslist to see what he bought. They came here to see which "whack job member" it was. Keep mind that most of these huge incidents, that get the antis all moist, are perpetrated with legally bought guns. Im not worried about selling to a petty criminal, you can usually spot them, however wackos look just like you and me, which makes it a very, very, very small chance you'll unwillingly participate.
