    Craigslist can police their own site, and they seem to have plenty of folks that try to ensure others follow the rules. I once had an ad kicked back because I listed an auto part in the cars for sale section. I cried for days because that mistake. Conversely, I would not want the cl folks discussing how to police our site. (And,a quick plug: our admins all do a great job taking care of the site).

    Did you see that Tennessee laws prohibits people from murdering others? I can't believe those two guys didn't follow that policy....
