craigslist posting of firearms

If an individual owns an item it is theirs to dispose of as they with.
I feel one thing that needs to be clarified is if an individual CHOOSES to sell a firearm they are NOT violating any law other than the Craigslist terms of sale.
It is the Craigslist communities problem, not the COAR15 community.

Why support a website that is anti gun, even if you are supporting it by breaking it's rules?
Doesn't reflect good on us if something were to go wrong, or if the media got a hold of an ad that were on both sites.
Of course this is assuming that the original post is true.

if craplist was to to put as much effort into controlling hookers and scammers as they do trying to prevent a legal ftf firearm transaction it would be a better site to visit and use... that being said if is just a violation of a liberal sites rules and NOTHING illegal wgaf?

I clarified that earlier, but unfortunately the bigger picture is something goes wrong, they trace it back to that person and next thing you know they are traced back to this forum (which we know they would be) and then COAR15 is "full of people who don't care who they sell a gun to." etc etc....this was my only point here. Sorry I ruffled so many feathers. However, I think it is still a valid concern and discussion.

plenty of site members cross post here with barf.com, gun broker, armslist and the rmgo board as well as many other forums i'm sure, I see them all the time, so I still don't get where you are going, other than defending cl policy.
