My Feedback
Credit TFOGGER : Liberals only want things to be "fair and just" if it benefits them.
Credit Zundfolge: The left only supports two "rights"; Buggery and Infanticide.
Credit roberth: List of things Government does best; 1. Steal your money 2. Steal your time 3. Waste the money they stole from you. 4. Waste your time making you ask permission for things you have a natural right to own. "Anyone that thinks the communists won't turn off your power for being on COAR15 is a fucking moron."
who cares. more power to you if you can get an ad up on craigslist. The flaggots on there do a good job. If you don't like it, then flag it.
If they allow tens of thousands of scams on the site daily, what does it matter if some "evil" firearms make it on there. People are very aware of craigslist, they may not be aware of our site. So why not get more exposure to your items for sale?
I've sold a ton of stuff on craigslist, my dad has as well. I have avoided all the scammers thus far. My dad even got one up on one of them. That is just part of the way it is on craigslist, you have to deal with them, they are there, it is a risk. All the same as if you posted a full auto self conversion AR-15 on here. I am guessing you would probably get a nice visit from a three letter .gov agency pretty damn quick.
But last time I checked firearms are legal, if you happen to break a websites code of conduct, their rules etc, then maybe they will ban you from it, but you aren't breaking federal or state laws...so who cares. If the scammers keep coming back it is safe to assume craigslist won't give a crap either.
I had a guy post my number on there multiple times, I knew who it was, even emailed craigslist "mods" about it....nothing was done. They don't care.
So if you get your panties in a wad because some guy breaks a websites rules, flag them, but if it isn't breaking the law, why do you really care? Are you a wanna be cop? Are you a cop? If so, enforce the LAW, not a websites policies which you have no part of. Other than that, leave people alone and let them figure out their own problems and let them get banned if it comes down to it. I just don't understand why people feel they need to be soo nosy all the time when it isn't their business.
Same with people who get pissy with prices on here and feel they need to comment in the guys ad....
hehehe glad to have you back, Justin.
If something goes wrong, what people on here "feel" means jack shit. Each person is responsible for knowing the laws, and following them. If doesn't matter if they are on this site or not, each individual is responsible for knowing the laws for the hobby/task/job/etc they enjoy or partake in.
Have you ever drove over the speed limit? Did you turn yourself in? You KNEW you broke the law, but you let it slide? Obviously you didn't care, what if you told your wife about it and she didn't care either? OMG, your home is FULL of people who don't care about the LAW!!!!!
But you are only worried about craigslist rules...and that people on here don't care if you break them. They aren't the LAW, they are simply a sites rules, ones which are broken every single day, people get scammed and lose money on there every single day. That is the risk of craigslist, it's just the way it is.
I can assure you, just about every "active" member on this site would be more knowledgeable on firearm laws than 80%+ of the cops out there enforcing those laws. I have helped 2 cops learn that I am not required to alert them to the fact that I have a CCW or a weapon in the vehicle, and went further to tell them they should assume ALL people have one, not to expect the good guys to let them know they have one.
Now, you can be assured people on here would definitely send a message to someone who had an illegal conversion, or SBR or SBS or VFG on a pistol etc etc in hopes to help them avoid legal problems. But you won't see anyone throwing a pissy fit if their ad is cross referenced on craigslist....more over it is like a badge of honor if you can get your ad to last a while on there since people flag it all the time. I'm impressed if they last more than a few hours.
