    Craigslist can police their own site, and they seem to have plenty of folks that try to ensure others follow the rules. I once had an ad kicked back because I listed an auto part in the cars for sale section. I cried for days because that mistake. Conversely, I would not want the cl folks discussing how to police our site. (And,a quick plug: our admins all do a great job taking care of the site).

    As bad as that shooting is, I fail to see it as any difference from selling buying guns here or selling/buying other things than guns on craigslist.
