    16th and Moline. APD will not send a single car to respond there. Minimum 4 officers.

    The projects over near 13th and Federal are pretty sketchy too...

    I delivered pizza at 13th and Federal for over a year. I definitely did not like going south of Colfax on Federal, but I think I'd rather deliver pizza there than the area we are talking about on Colfax.
