Smile Has anyone re-blued a revolver at Colorado School of Trades?

For just $69, I'm tempted to roll the dice instead of sending it to S&W. Has anyone had experience with blueing at CST in Lakewood? How was the quality of the job?

    Default lucky?

I think it if you depends on if you REALLY like the gun. Likely they'll do a good job, but they are new to a craft. When I was at the trade college 20 years ago, it was luck of the draw on who got what projects. If it wasn't a super collector grade piece, I'd do it. I might take my ruger up there. I think I heard someone say they might do an instacheck to get your gun back. If that even matters to you. Let us know if you do it so we can hear about the results.
