    Default NFA Transfer Dealer/Fees

Anyone have a line on someone who does NFA transfers in CO and what kind of fees to expect?

From what I've heard, $0 to $100 is common depending if you buy the item from that dealer.

I know AJ at Bighorn Arms charges $50 for NFA transfers. http://www.bighornarms.com/

I believe The Shootin' Shack in Highlands Ranch (Jay Griffin) does NFA transfers for $40.

I know a board member who will do it for $40.00. He's a hell of a nice guy too.

But you would have to drive to Elbert County.

I have shot with him a few times too. Hell of a nice guy for a pilot.

You are aware most, if not all NFA dealers should or do not charge any transfer fee for an in stock item. Transferring an item from another NFA dealer i usually pay $50.
Spend some time and call a few of the industry partners up. Why not get the right info the first time.

I know three Class 3 SOT's in the Metro/Near-Metro area. I'm not sure on fees.

There is Iron Ridge Arms in Longmont (Google it).

    The other two are in:
    Broomfield
Greenwood Village - Not in Greenwood Village anymore, here's the link to the website, Contact him for details. ColoradoClass3.com

If you're interested in the other's, PM me, and I'll get you the info.

Post the info here. Having knowledge of all NFA dealers is nice.
