    Default Motorcycle rides

    we've mentioned it a bit in the MTB thread, so I decided to create one specificly for motorcycles.

    so, who want's to go on a scooter ride?


    nowhere in particular.. although I have wanted to do a road trip to Jensens' that I haven't done yet.

    what kind of bikes are you speaking of, what style of riding?

    basicly Motorcycles, road/street.


    I'm up for off road too.

    Street only for me I am in, went for a short ride to cactus jacks yesterday and had lunch.

    I rode all the way out to aurora resevoir yesterday only to find out I forgot my wallet!

    oh well.... took the longer than the short way home.. was a nice ride till the last 5 min.. rain!


    may go out and just ride again today.. we'll see.

    Further clarification:

    I have a Suzuki Volusia (cruiser), and i also have a Suzuki Hayabusa (Fastest production bike in the world)..... which one do i bring to this ride? lol

    cruizers would probably be your best bet..


    I just got back from a liesurely stroll out to Kiowa and back. nice ride... lots of scooters out and about!

    So that means you have one of two years. Every other year was nuetered to 300kmh.

    for .45 cents at radio shack you buy a little resistor (75,000 ohm) if I recall correctly, solder it in your gear pos. sensor wire, or go to ebay and buy a plug and play model. and that little problem is solved. or just buy a 1000 punch it out to 1070 cc's add nitrous and some cam's lower it and play with the overweight 1200 cc + bikes thats what I did. after having 2 hayabusas ( both 1999 non nutered) models. I even put 600 cc stickers on it and take her to the local dragstrip and play with the kids sometimes. ETA: pics below
