Happened just about an hour ago.

If someone can't park correctly w/ large truck, drive a tiny smart car.
I thought this guy was Ok until I walked up and saw it was a short bed truck and he just pulled way too far through the space. The spaces are really long here as you can see by the other cars pulled into their spaces. I saw another guy in a small pickup not pull all the way into his space so I couldn't park in the space behind him. I had 5 heavy ass boxes to walk across the parking lot to UPS.
Saw this guy back into the space next to me, get out, look at the car, then walk inside.

he is parked in the handicap space. it does not specify what his handicap is. maybe there is a mental handicap to go along with some others
