My idiot neighbor takes the cake. His garage was empty, and yet he was parked like this for hours. HOURS.

I get especially irritated at people who block sidewalks. I don't mind as much when you can tell that the person was getting into the driveway as much as they can, but run out of room, but when there is plenty of space in the drive and their car is blocking the whole sidewalk, I get pissed off. It wouldn't be that big of a deal, but I'm usually running, and when you're running, making unnecessary right angles is...frustrating.

I try not to do that, as I don't like driving around people when there is open sidewalk available. In my neighborhood, the sidewalk is separated from the street by a patch of grass/trees/bushes, so it's not like I can make a smooth loop into the street around the car. I wanted to make that clear so no one thought I was completely insane.
