lol, I wish people who park stupid are softies like that.
I try to avoid any potential confrontation. I am fairly sure people who believes it is OK to park like that will bring out a baseball bat or 4x2 to knock me out.

I-25 @ Bellview Southbound on ramp. This is after the Tard tried to back down after losing control and flying up the slope paving & ending up another 20ft or so up by the dirt and grass at the top.
Then tried backing down to get back onto the on ramp..... And hung up his rear bumper on the roadway spinning the tires with no traction. Zoom in and look at the daylight under the rear tires.
