The sliver one on the left. His drivers side rear tire is over the line by about 6". It's hard to see from the angle of the picture.

Apparently, people in Texas have a different idea about what constitutes a "small car". This guy wasn't the only one with a crew cab truck parked in a spot clearly not intended for his vehicle.
Honestly I think the compact car only spots are a commie plot to make us buy smaller bitch cars so we get better parking. If your vehicle fits in the spot and its not a designated handicapped space, and you dont park like a douche, then park there.
