Might as well buy the cone now so you'll already have it when you get the super car. '

I feel like if you just rocked a Toyota Avalon instead of those high maintenance German cars you've been driving, you'd already be half way to a McLaren in repair savings alone!

    Default TOYota Avalon

I had Toyota Avalon till July 2017 and traded in for 2018 Hyundai Elantra.

On that avalon, I had to do:
    _New Starter motor
    - New Radiator

Still exponentially cheaper [parts] than some German vehicles.

The ass probably did not want you to make a habit of parking your trailer on any of his neighborhood streets and was making a point.
Find out where he lives and park it right in front of his house for a while.

Just make sure to put a ball lock and then chain the wheels too before you drop it off

Good idea. Then if he calls you out and drags it to another place, the tires will be flat spotted.

Well trailers tend to get stolen very regularly, leaving them on the street unlocked for multiple days is asking for someone to help themselves to it

Our local HOA restricts RV, boat, and Trailer parking to up to 48 hours for cleaning and loading.
Then it is $100 fine. Have a couple of neighborhood Nazi's that take pictures and send them with time stamps to the HOA Board members.
But, then again, there is no on-street parking for residents under the covenants. One of the worst violaters became Board President and that agitation died down.
Now there are 2 cars parked in front of his house all of the time.

Don't get me started on HOAs. Just today I ran into a situation where the HOA was demanding that a house be painted with $100 per day fines. That alone is ridiculous enough as finding any competent contractor is often a weeks long issue to get into their schedule. So the house got painted (the same color as it was before, which was a previously approved color), then the Board of Directors changed the color pallet, and now the house is one shade off and not the correct brand of paint so they are requiring it to be painted again. How there aren't more murdered HOA board members every year is a complete mystery to me.

Our HOA management use to be super strict, but after changing management company, it uses little bit more of a common sense approach.

Beside little weed level of violation, it's been quiet here since.
