Looking for the most bang for my buck here, What do you all consider a damn good AR upper that has both reliability and accuracy at or under a 700 dollar price?

BCM, if you can get your hands on one. I think in that price range they will all be pretty comparable. Daniels, RRA, CMMG, Delton, Stag, ect.
If your post count is higher than your round count, you are a troll.
Accuracy to what distance and MOA or COM ? Shooting off a bench, standing etc.
ALL my ar's from the 10.5 to 16" lmt can hit steal standing on a good day.
Last week i hit the range and the only thing i engaged was the road.
Everyone will give you an "opinion" what they own or like. Figure out what you would like the rifle to do, then buy or build, as time & money allow.

Your best bet is to build one yourself based on the Nordic 18" competition barrel. Get one of those $40 Colt bolts another forum member is selling and then piece together what you can find used/sale/etc.
All depends on what you want to do. An 18-20 inch barreled upper from any of the mid tier and up manufacturers is going to be reliable and accurate, but may not be what you want. LMT and Bravo are excellent, but Rock River also makes perfectly fine uppers at a reasonable price. $700 will also take you pretty far on the used market.
Math is tough. Let's go shopping!
I have a DPMS recon upper on mine that is great. 16 inch barrel mid length gas system and has yet to give me a single failure.
Best bang for the buck is Rainier Arms. They don't make it easy to find their stuff in their site. You have to look for it specifically by searching for Rainier products or by looking in the custom shop area.

Unless it appears to be complete crap out of the wrapper, i have yet to see a real shitty one. When J&T started selling kits less lower receivers, i picked up a couple. Advertised as wilson bbl's, no special markings anywhere other than the upper receiver. Mixed lot of keyhole, square, broken A, etc. Not one of them failed during any aspect of operation. Same when Delton came out with the bbls stamped with DTI. If you find one for a good price new or used grab it.
