    Default Wyoming arms value

I need to get a value on my Wyoming arms Parker SS pistols. I have all 3 10mm pistols, 3 3/4 5 and 7 inch barrels. I actually have 4 10mm pistols if you count the other full 5 inch upper I have. For the 40 S&W I have the 3 3/4 and 5 inch, almost had the 7 but lost it over 25 bucks. I have the 7 inch 45 with a full 5 inch upper that goes with it (All frames are the same) I also have the very hard to find 9mm with a 5 inch barrel, which as far as I know is the only one they made in the 9. Thanks for your help guys.

I never heard anything good about them. Last I knew they closed up shop many years ago.

Wyoming arms bought most, if not all, of their tooling from AMT. Both companies have/had about the same reputation.

Personally, I would price them at or below an RIA or Taurus.

Easy way to double the value of AMT and or Wyoming Arms firearms:
    Insert loaded magazine.

Seriously though, they bought AMT's tooling from what I understand and while the AMT's had a dedicated and loyal following WA never achieved that status.
It's not that they were bad firearms, they just weren't good ones.
I feel pricing them in the same area as Rock Island or Taurus is being quite generous.

Prices for Wyoming Arms 10mm pistols are all over the place. Yes, they are unreliable pistols prone to jamming and breakage . . . but they are stainless steel 10mm pistols.

A fair and reasonable price is in the 250-300 range if they are in excellent condition. However, I've seen them posted on armslist and gunbroker for well over 500. In my opinion the AMT Automag series "(III, IV, V, VI) was better quality than the Wyoming Arms pistols. That being said, I've heard a few guys claiming they owned and fired WA 10mms and were very happy with theirs, so apparently there are good ones as well as bad ones. For the most part, they are considered to be overpriced and high-powered Saturday Night Specials.
