    Default Need help...

I am looking for a specific kind of free floating handguard... I need it to be at least 10 inches long, hopefully 12, and have no vents cut into it. Basically the cheapest handguard on the market (or at least what I think would be the cheapest...). Little to no vent holes or cuts would be best, oh, and a quad picatinny rail system. Do any of you know of anything like that?

A few companies make plain round free float handguards, usually knurled. But quad rails aren't going to be cheap...

And I've yet to see a quad rail system that wasn't cut up to lighten it.

The hogue tubes come to mind but don't have rail. I'm sure you could drill and install some though.

^^^^^This. Clock the tube then drill a few 6 or 8-32 holes.

You can get a rifle length, plain (except small flutes) Model 1 aluminum free float tube from Midway for $35. As mentioned, then you could clock, drill, and screw rails onto it where you wanted.
