+1 After four years at USAFA and 22 years of service it was a source of pride to hold my hand over my heart while many civilians can't even bother to take off their hats. Saluting will be a further source of pride.

Of course It didn't need to be a law, but I can think of lots worse things our "representatives" in congress could have been passing.
