The ads made me think it was going to be the only contender for Revolution to get the "Worst Show I'll Watch Every Episode of Until it's Cancelled" award for the season. Last year a was tough race between Alcatraz, Missing, and Terra Nova.
I thought the pilot was pretty amazing, though! Totally caught by surprise. My only worry is how they plan to keep it that interesting over a full season and beyond. I'll be enjoying the ride for now. Easily my pick for best new show of the season so far.
The "k" is silent.
I've already given that award to Falling Skies two season in a row.
I hadn't seen any previews for Last Resort, so it caught me by surprise. The premise was entertaining, but the execution was lacking. I think the little blonde MP toward the end who didn't know how to hold the big, stainless pistol she was pointing at someone was indicative of how it's going to be for the duration. It grinds my gears when hollyweird tries to do a military show and doesn't bother with being accurate. That said, I'll probably keep watching it.

Yahoo posted it online two weeks before the premier, so I watched it last week- Not a terrible show, but not great... I do not understand, and they really offer no explanation (maybe more of that PC BS) as to why there are women on board a nuclear submarine. I'll continue watching it. Lots of questions come up (Why the Navy SEAL said "We are the cause for this, we killed the wrong guy" ????).
ETA: I actually was entertained by Terra Nova- wish they hadn't canceled it after one season.

I only caught the last 15 minutes of the show but enjoyed what I saw. Going to have to try to catch a re-showing of that episode.
Similar situation with Revolution - missed more than I saw.
2 more series I'll have to buy when they come out on disk.

Just started watching it. You can tell the writers don't know what's going on otherwise they would capitalize on the fact that a SEAL team going over the border into Pak would very likely be DEVGRU. They would also know that their teammates would likely be the ones haloing in to get them instead of a Delta team.
Interesting show though.
I caught a little bit of it... I lost interest when they started calling the girl with Captain's bars a Liutenant. Then I looked it up and discovered that in the Navy, two bars IS an LT. Then I started making fun of the Mavy in my head cause they're retards and tuned the show out, so it must have not been very good.
The bartender girl is pretty hot though.
