It's ok to deride them for being mindless savages; they absolutely are. But be careful how far down your nose you look at them. I can think of one other wide-spread religion that acted in very much the same manner when it was the same age Islam is now. (Crusades, anyone?)

More blood has been shed in the name of someone's god than for any other single reason in human history. Islam specifically is not so much to blame as man's irrational fear of death spawning faith in fairy tales.

This website below exposes alot of criminal activity in the name of their god. I am waiting for Congress to declare that Islam is not a religion but a political party with a world domination agenda. I've said it on here before, Islamic Iran is building small nuclear weapons with which to destroy the west. The president is delaying action for political reasons. If only a few of our nuclear power plants are attacked with these small weapons, the results will be devastating. Appeasement is a recipe for disaster.

The muslim clerics are putting pressure on U.S. officials becuase what is going on all over the middle east. I would hazard a serious guess that those assholes over there are in constant contact with the clerics here.
