Dragonfly Cafe- 7300 W. 38th Ave, Wheatridge. Really good, meaty biscuits and gravy. Excellent BBQ beef brisket and pulled pork, but only on Fri-Sun. Everything I've had there is really, really good. Privately owned- support your local small business!! Owner/operator is an ex-MMA fighter. Open the rest of the week too.

Well worth the stop. The Q is only avail Fri-Sun, and it is EXCELLENT. I went there today for about the 4th time, pulled pork sandwich and a pound of brisket on the side. Wanted to try the B&G, they have a half order for $3 bucks! That is 2 biscuits slathered in very meaty gravy. $4 bucks is a full order and $6 gets you "loaded"- that is eggs and bacon and more. The half order was about the best I've had. Pound of brisket, big-ass pulled pork sandwich and a half order of B&G cost me like $22 out the door. Pretty sure I'm getting more than a pound too. The brisket is great for lunches on bread that I toast in the morning, then microwave the meat and make a sanny for lunch. Lasts about 4 lunches with fat sannys.
