I buy stuff from G&G Gun in Lakewood quite often. The owner have told me never get caught in Denver with a 30 round mag, whether I reside there or not.

Yep, if you are from outside of Denver they like to bust you, threaten to take you to trial and big fines. But will offer to plea bargain to lesser charges if you surrender your "assault" weapons.

You gonna post any more details or are you just gonna talk shit with no intention of actually telling the entire truth?

I call bullshit. Why the hell would a Denver cop be inside the cherry creek state park? And why the hell would he call them an "ATF/Officer"?

    His entire argument is bullshit.

Not to mention, he hasn't said a damn thing in regards to what actually happened. Half the story is all he's posted.

For the record, It IS a fine line. Denver owns the water, so a lot of the park is in Denver county (check a map)...

..But, it is legal to transport mags through denver, as long as not in a weapon in ready condition (IE, loaded rifle in car)

And as a savvy poster queried, Under what Colorado Revised Statute was seizure of your property and ticketing done?

Since the ticket hasnt been seen, and the OP has not given us details as written on the citation, I will join those calling "Bull Shit" until otherwise proven.
