    usps has blatantly stolen 2 packages at the greeley downtown location

    have him rent a box at a ups store. physical adress not po box and they accept all carriers.

    I believe you are SOL with USPS.

    UPS and Fedex both insure the package for the first $100. you pay more for it after that amount.
