Symbols in Rating Column

Some listings in trading post have symbols in the rating column. Where is the legend and who posts the ratings?

That column is for sticky, attachment, picture etc. It's automatic..but I think mod has the power to put other thing - seen it on other forums, just not this one.

The push pin is a pinned topic, meaning always at the top. Paperclip means it has an attachment. The one that looks like a tag, means it has tag descriptors (look at the bottom of the thread and hit edit tags)- this topic should have one I put there.
