I was the shooting sports chairman for Pikes Peak Council for several years. Boys love shotguns. Problem is I could never get enough adults to mentor them. I'd offer the NRA Shotgun Instructor course and could never get anyone to sign up for it. Lots for rifle, none for shotgun. I wish I could change that.
