    Default NRA rso class

    I'm taking one this weekend, anything I should know out of the ordinary? Or beyond common safety knowledge?

    nope, its mostly basic, and frankly pretty damn dry.

    I didn't think so but it's been well over 20 years since I've been in a classroom, I think not falling asleep is going to be the biggest obstacle.

    Do you plan on doing any other disciplines? Why I ask is because if so then don't take it until you have credentials then you can take the test direct from the NRA and save some cash.

    it's actually pretty inexpensive, and I can donate some of my time in exchange for membership fees at the local range, it will pay for itself in one year of fees alone.
