    Default What round is this?

What is it. The one on the right just says 38 s&w, the one on the left is a 38spl. Is a 38 short? I just found 27 of them in a bag i had. I dont know what it is or what they sell fir. I was gonna offer them up to trade for .38spl but i dont know how to label it. top has w-w and bottom 38 s&w.

It is an obsolete round fired from a lot of antique break-top revolvers, but the Smith & Wesson Chief's Special was still being made in that caliber through the 1950s. A couple of foreign companies like Fiocchi still make this ammo. Ballistically, it has a little more power than the .32 ACP.
