Beer brewing today

I got to brew some Pumpkin Beer with my wife today as a "date". The oldest colocowboy offspring was at Kindergarten and the two littlest colocowboys were taking naps, so my wife and I started brewing a Pumpkin Beer that we are going to take to her family's Thanksgiving get together. It was the first time she had brewed beer, and she loved it. It was a great way to spend an afternoon, and the wort(beer before it is fermented) tastes really great. Just waiting until tomorrow morning to see if we have fermentation, which means BEER!!!

P.S. This one should have about 6.5% alcohol when it is done, great for watching college football on the couch after a turkey dinner.

i just picked up some of blue moon's pumpkin beer and it is damn good. Matter fact I gonna go drink another and watch sponge bob with my 4 year old daughter before she has to go to bed. Later

MMM i just picked up a bottle of avery's rumpkin. 18.1% and have 8% sasion in secondary as we speak
