    Default Pueblo Municipal Range

I made my second trip to the municipal range by the zoo and I'm impressed. For operating on a tight budget it's clean, well ventilated, and not too loud (I can shoot without doubling up earplugs and muffs).

All the people I have met have been very friendly and helpful. There were only down sides I experienced. One is to get 24/7 access you have to join and $ is tight so that won't be happening until next year. Public nights are Tues-Thurs and it's only $7 for non-members.

The only other down side is it's not attached to a gun store so if you run out of ammo you are done shooting. It's a bring your own kind of place.

Overall I don't think you can beat the price.

I still get a kick out of the idea of having a pistol range right in city park. My cousin shoots there occasionally because its cheap and convenient. His assessment is about the same as yours.
