Well it's not just blacks on welfare and public assistance but you are right some people you won't be able to talk any sense into.

MOST public assistance clients are white, but then again so is most of the population. In quite a few urban communities it seems as if a disproportionate number of blacks have EBT food assistance, which generally is at least $300 monthly. It is widely seen as an entitlement. Any politician or activist suggesting that they give up their EBT will be largely ignored. $300+ monthly is the better part of a car payment.
