    I loved those as a kid...still have most of the sets (going back to the 70s) somewhere in storage.

    i had the cheap ones as a kid, nothing as nice as that! Very sweet collection and set up you have there!

    Damn nice collection! And nice track, thats cool as hell. I miss my slot cars. Have two brothers, we would race and just beet the crap out of them. Strap bottle rockets to em and sh*t like that.

    Had a few different layouts of various brands (TYCO, Stromberg, etc.) when growing up and then when I could work and earn my own money along came the home builds of soldered brass frame scratch built cars that we raced and the local Revell Raceways.

    there is a place here in pueblo that has one, you can rent the track and run your own car, borrow or buy a car from them, and they have points races weekly for the serious, it is fun and not real expensive.

    Freaking awesome.

    I spent many, many hours playing with slot cars as a kid, but I didn't have anything as badass as this. I just had a General Lee and Roscoe's cop car that chased it around.
