High income is considered 200K a year for indv. or 250K a year for families.

The Democrats have no plans and no solutions because they don't see a problem. Remember the Soviet Union? That is what the (D) envision for us, an elite upper class and everyone else is dirt poor.

Biden saying it is responsibility of Afghanistan to take of their own security, get our guys out by 2014. Ryan is agreeing. wants to make sure things go smoothly, remaining troops are not shorted of supplies etc and go out strong, not trickle out.
