    TSP - can be found @ Lowe's or Home Depot and the like. Mix w/ water, apply with a stiff brush, rinse. Wear gloves. If that doesn't get it a mild solution of muratic acid applied with a wire brush, rinse. Wear gloves, sleeves, eye protection.

    Used motor oil, thats what ends up on my garage floors, can't see a single tire mark.

    Yeah, I guess that could work for a lot of folks. However, in my much younger days, it was said that you could pretty well judge a man's character by the condition/appearance of his shoes. Unshined (this was long before sneakers) scuffed up and messy looking didn't say much good for the character of the wearer.
    I guess I kinda feel that way about MY garage. Messy condition does kinda tell ME something about the owner.

    I'm with you. I take care of the things I spend my money on, garage included. I can't stand my dads place where you can never find what you need and it's always a disaster. My garage is organized and clean.
