Default Tire stains on garage floor?

What is an EASY EASY but effective way of removing tire stains from the concrete garage floor??
In vehicle dealership show rooms, they usually place pads of some type under each tire to avoid such stains. These tires are pretty new and don't have many miles on them yet. Any good sensible suggestions will be geatly appreciated?

Elbow Grease. It's usually available for free but can sometimes be difficult to locate as it is disguised as hard work. Mix with a little soap and water which is a lot easier to find.

    Good luck.

Carbon Tetrachloride . . . if you can still find it. I think the EPA restricted its sale 10 years ago due to it being a carcinogen. Wear gloves and have plenty of ventilation.
