Default My V 1.0 .300 blackout rough trimming jig.

I Saw a small video on youtube a while back with a guy using a jig to hold the brass then whack the shoulder with a mini chop saw and then the case he pushes behind kicks the freshly cut case out and the next one locks into place.

Being Me... I decided to see if i could make one at work today because it was slow in the wrenching world.

Here is the result. It locks the shells in really well. used springs from a jake brake housing to hold the detent out. finding the right profile for the detent was pretty time consuming

for only using a cordless drill and a pneumatic air saw i think it turned out well. Oh yeah the big bolt on the side is now cut off and has a slot cut into it for fine tuning of detent pressure.

next version will be machined out of aluminum.
