My grandpa the farmer can rattle off the terrible years when there were droughts, it was hot, and he can also tell you the years where they had the worst blizzards and couldn't get out of the house for several days and had to use a tractor to get back into town.

Does that mean I need to buy a prius instead of driving my truck?

FWIW: I used more gas today flying than my whole family will driving all their vehicles all year long.
