Well, I'm glad to see they pulled it off. Manning earned some of that $65M in the second half but we have to give credit to the defense for stepping up and creating the turnovers as well.

And it's not even close either. We're talking about one of the greatest QBs to EVER play the game of football. EVER. Tebow isn't even the starting QB on the mediocre team he's on and oh by the way.. they hate their starting QB. What does that say to you?

And if it was $65M it would be a bargain. He's getting paid just shy of $100M and in the same league where a QB like Vick is being paid more I would say Manning's performance heavy contract is a great deal. If you're going to condescend at least get your figures right.

New refs, old refs, they all suck. I watched 3 games this week and the refs made horrible calls in all of them.


On the other hand, all my teams won

They all get calls wrong but at least the real refs march off the right yards on the incorrect calls and keep the pace of the game moving. Those were my biggest gripes with the replacements. Games would grind to a halt WAY too often only to get shit wrong anyway. Either slow shit down and get it RIGHT or keep the game pace up and get it wrong but don't do BOTH.

I tend to agree with that and as I've said before they will get better as the season goes on. I still predict them to win the division, make the playoffs and then start to really come together. The only reason they win the division is because of how bad the competition is otherwise I would say that I see them barely clinging to a wild card to make the playoffs because I see them barely finishing 9-7 due to the learning curve of this offense. This offense is so meticulous that it takes lots of time for everyone to get it figured out. So long as the defense plays the way they played in the 2nd half and if they ever figure out how to play special teams they will be just fine.

Why do they always have to whine the loudest? It's so damn annoying when we're talking actual football then some derp comes along parroting what he heard at Church Sunday about how John Elway is the devil for what he did to their golden child Tebow. I actually liked Tebow... when he was a Bronco. I moved on about 2min after he was traded to the Jets. I'm sick of these idiots who try to play like they're Bronco fans when their true colors come out as soon as he's traded. Funny, I went to Indianapolis a couple weeks ago and I still saw TONS of fans wearing Indy gear. Lots of them didn't agree with cutting Peyton Manning but guess what... they're Colts fans first. I respect that.
