    I think his show can be a little off sometime but let me tell you what he won't (I don't think). A friend of mine lost his son, Brandon, he was KIA in Afganistan. Brandon's sister took one of Brandon's gun to Gunsmoke to get it engraved with his units insignia and some other stuff totalling about $400.00. When Brandon's sister when to pick it up they got to talking about Brandon and the unit insignia. Rich didn't charge for the work on the gun.

    I have heard some of the work done there wasn't the best and he is overpriced but I think it was a standup thing he did in this case
