    Watch and see, some drug runner will steal one and start using it for transportation, perfect cover.
    A nice mockup with styrofoam armor so it could still go zippy fast wouldn't be such a bad idea

    I'm accounting for trucks in service, trucks out of service for repair, or trucks out of service because there isn't enough personnel to man the trucks.

    What did the Soviet Union do? Did they have a huge infrastructure designed to control their subjects? Stalin had the advantage of a population weakened by years of war with the Germans, the Russian citizens couldn't resist Stalin. Obama has no such advantage, in fact being the world's greatest gun salesman Obama has set himself up for failure.
