Turns out the unsupervised probation didn't prohibit me from attaining the permit.

8 weeks? is that common in your county? In El paso mine took 10 days.

Took the full 90 days in Arapahoe.. then again they've only got one guy processing applications and he runs about 200 a week... hmm might indicate that Arapahoe county is well armed
