    I actually hope he doesn't get the death penalty. I want to see him put in the general population where he is gang raped and then hopefully beaten to death by some of the inmates. Fuck him.

    (Assuming he is definitely the one who did it. Remember, until they prove him guilty, he is innocent of all charges.)

    Well you're lucky because he won't.

    James Holmes will probably die in prison before the state kills him.

    There is no real justice having the guilty be judged by the courts.
    Only to have everyone in that courtroom gain something and nothing to the victim's family.

    If found guilty... they should have the victim's family decide the guilty's fate..

    I like it, Mike. Maybe someone would think twice before doing something atrocious knowing their victims family would decide their punishment.
