I have a rem 1100 but it is a sporting clay gun tricked out by Ballistic specialties. I love it very reliable and I put thousands of rnds a year through it.
The only thing I would do is get the better O-ring for the gas system from Brownells.
"The people never give up their liberties but under some delusion." (Edmund Burke 1784)
Yeah I've been planning a new O ring soon, Actually I'm using it for a match this weekend, then after sending it to a smith to get a rail finally installed and finish the trigger work that never got finished.
But I like it, some are like tactical guns aren't suppose to have engraving, But I was like its 2-300$ more for the tactical Rem 1100's and I made/built mine cheaper and its just as good.
