Getting a C&R License

Just mail to the sheriff with a cover letter that quotes the instructions...something like: "Please find enclosed Form X, notifying you of my application to BATFE to obtain a C&R".

I did something like this, and had a sentence in there reminding him that no action is necessary on his part.

OK, I sent my forms to the ATF yesterday and I have the copy 2 ones in a folder. Do I drop them off at Arapahoe County Sheriff today or do I wait until I get my license in the mail?

at the bottom is a generic cover letter to the sheriff to accompany copy 2. Just input the info that needs to be in it like names/addresses and send it to them in the mail. I sent it at the same time as I sent the copy 1 to the ATF

Go to a Class III dealer and he will walk you through it.

Has anyone ever dealt with J&G sales in person? Will they sell C&R in person? I've dealt with them before but I was an AZ resident then. I will hopefully be out that way in June.
