I was wondering if any of you know of , have used, or know someone who has used an attorney with experience with Colorado firearms statutes. I'm looking for a friend of mine who, as I understand it, was questioned about something close to ten years ago when he was a minor, but was never charged , let alone convicted, and when he try's to complete a cbi check he cannot. Cbi has told him that some paperwork needs to be filed by a attorney or something to sort it out. I'm unsure of the details but I am just trying to help him out and I said I know of a place (coar15 forum) where I might be able to find some one with exp in these matters. So if any of you know of some one that I can but him in touch with, that'd be great, with how expensive attorneys are i want him to find someone who knows what they are doing and not some random inexpierenced guy that going to charge him an arm and a leg while trying to figure out what needs to be done. thanks guys.
